New Location for swampqueen
Starting the end of the month, I will be relocating to New Braunfels, Texas to become the director of the library there. I am really excited about this great opportunity but will not be able to be in Austin as much as before. I am hoping that I will have more time for knitting, since I will probably be living alone down there during the week, but you never know. Job responsibilities might get in the way of knitting. :)

New Blog for me!
This blog will be a way for me - librarian and knitter - to share the really cool resources I find with my knitting friends. As a working mom and knitter, there is never enough time for everything, so I am hoping to share some of my fun discoveries with all of you!
The find of the day today - The Daily Knitter!
http://www.dailyknitter.com/day.php
They find a new pattern by combing the websites of lots of different suppliers of free patterns, and post a new one each day - Fabulous!
I just found a sweatshirt pattern for that pesky Lion Suede that I didn't know what to do with - check it out -
